1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how G Cloud Networks Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Benzze Kids Connect mobile application ("App"), available on iOS and Android. The App is operated exclusively for Benzze Kids Preschool, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

By using this App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.

Data is shared only with:

Google Firebase / Google Cloud — for secure data storage, authentication and push notifications (Google's Privacy Policy applies)
School administrators — who access the admin portal to manage student, parent and teacher records
Legal authorities — only if required by applicable law or court order

5. Data Security

All data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication with secure token management
Access to school data is role-based — parents see only their own child's information
The App does not display any advertisements

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Benzze Kids Connect is a school communication tool used by parents and teachers. Children do not directly use or register on this App. All accounts are created for parents or school staff only.

Child information (name, class, attendance, photos) is entered by school administrators with parental consent obtained at the time of school admission. Parents may request deletion of their child's data at any time.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your child's enrollment at Benzze Kids Preschool. Upon account deletion request, all personal data is permanently removed within 7 working days. Anonymised attendance and academic records may be retained by the school for statutory compliance.

8. Your Rights

Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate information
Deletion — Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Opt-out — Disable push notifications at any time in device settings

9. Account Deletion

To delete your account and all data, email info@benzzekids.com with the subject "Delete My Account". Deletion is completed within 7 working days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
